Summary
At Alegria.Solutions, I redesigned PPF’s construction management app to modernize it and add features. Working with the Product Owner and developers, I turned tickets into refined interfaces, built interactive prototypes, and shipped a functional UI kit and style system. The design emphasized clear IA, guided flows, and fluid navigation, reducing friction and speeding daily operations across devices.
